Abstract

Il documento "Analisi Fabbisogno Persone DCIT 2022" fornisce un'analisi dettagliata e aggiornata del fabbisogno di personale per la Direzione Centrale per le Tecnologie Informatiche e della Comunicazione (DCIT) dell'ISTAT per l'anno 2022. Attraverso l'impiego di benchmark Gartner per lo staffing IT, viene identificato il numero di risorse necessarie per supportare efficacemente le operazioni e la trasformazione digitale dell'istituto. Vengono esaminati diversi scenari di risorse umane, valutando i rischi associati alla mancata attuazione di ciascuno. Il documento evidenzia una critica diminuzione del personale e l'aumento della domanda di competenze avanzate a fronte dell'evoluzione tecnologica e normativa. Infine, propone strategie per il reclutamento e l'ottimizzazione del personale esistente per rispondere al meglio alle esigenze future.
