Abstract

PT. Kao Indonesia Chemicals didirikan sebagai bagian dari ekspansi internasional Kao Corporation untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dan produksi mereka di Asia Tenggara, khususnya di Indonesia. Perusahaan ini berfokus pada produksi dan distribusi bahan kimia yang digunakan dalam berbagai industri, termasuk industri perawatan pribadi, deterjen, dan produk kertas,Untuk lebih berfokus pada produksi dan distribusinya Perusahaan berusaha memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja dan loyalitas karyawanya,dengan mengidentifikasi beberapa variabel yang mungkin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dan loyalitas karyawanya, yaitu kompensasi finansial, pelatihan kerja, dan pengembangan karir. Dengan menguji bagaimana masing-masing variabel ini berpengaruh atau tidak terhadap kinerja dan loyalitas para karyawan di PT.Kao Indonesia Chemicals.Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan Metode pendekatan kuantitatif dan kausalitas deskriptif . Sampel yang diambil merupakan respon dari karyawan PT.Kao Indonesia Chemicals yang masih aktif bekerja di PT.Kao Indonesia Chemicals dengan sampling sebanyak 101 responden. Teknik analisis data ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menentukan hubungan dan pengaruh masing-masing variabel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel pelatihan kerja dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel kompensasi financial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karayawan.
