СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ МЕТОДЫ ДИАГНОСТИКИ РАКА МОЛОЧНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ

Abstract

В статье представлен обзор научных публикаций о современных методах, применяемых для диагностики рака молочной железы (РМЖ). Раскрываются проблемы ранней диагностики РМЖ на фоне плотной ткани молочной железы у молодых женщин. Рассматриваются применение современных методов диагностики РМЖ: диагностических молекулярных экспрессионных тестов, метод высокопроизводительного параллельного секвенирования (NGS), метод контрастной спектральной двухэнергетической маммографии (CESM). Проводится анализ преимуществ и недостатков существующих методов диагностики РМЖ. Выявляются особенности выбора метода диагностики РМЖ, в зависимости от возраста и плотности молочных желез. В результате определены факторы риска возникновения РМЖ.
