Agresividad escolar e intervención psicopedagógica: Consideraciones teóricas para la construcción de un entorno escolar seguro

Abstract

La agresividad suele definirse como un fenómeno multidimensional, multifactorial y multicausal, cuyos efectos, manifestados en forma de conductas negativas, bien sean verbales, físicas, emocionales o psicológicas, tienen repercusiones sobre la sociedad, la familia y el entorno escolar. Tomando en consideración estos elementos, el artículo analiza, desde una dimensión teórica, la agresividad en los entornos escolares, proponiendo, a su vez, la intervención psicopedagógica como herramienta útil que busca comprender las causas subyacentes de la agresividad, planteando estrategias acordes para la resolución del conflicto. El paradigma investigativo seleccionado es el cualitativo, con apoyo del método de exploración documental. Entre los principales hallazgos se destacan: 1. Las precisiones conceptuales y los enfoques que permiten definir la agresividad. 2. Los detonantes de la agresividad en los escenarios escolares, entre los que pueden indicarse la personalidad del estudiante, sus condicionamientos familiares, su interacción social, la relación con los docentes, entre otros. 3. La intervención psicopedagógica, cuyo fin es la promoción de un ambiente escolar positivo, seguro, centrado en el estudiante como individuo, sujeto a emociones y a una historia personal de vida. Se concluye en la relevancia de la orientación psicopedagógica como herramienta crítica e indispensable para solventar la agresividad, para gestionar entornos escolares de forma eficiente, mediante propuestas actualizadas, que destaquen el desarrollo de habilidades sociales, el autocontrol, la prevención de la ira y mejoras continuadas en el tratamiento hacia los estudiantes.
