
This deliverable presents the overall DEC strategy of the FIERCE project. It defines clear and coherentmessages tailored to the various project target groups identified in the strategy, reflecting the diversityof these actors. It includes an overview of communication channels (such as the project website, flyer,social media etc.), presents the project’s visual identity, gives a detailed plan for communicating thevarious project results and addresses the evaluation of the strategy’s implementation. In addition, itpresents the community of stakeholders to be engaged throughout the project’s lifetime and beyondand the preliminary exploitation plan to be followed by the project ensuring the sustainability of theproject results.The aim is to put in place all necessary actions to achieve the desired goals, provide guidelines topartners about the DEC activities through a coherent and structured approach, and to monitor theseactivities to properly adjust their implementation if necessary.
