
ScRAPdb (https://www.evomicslab.org/db/ScRAPdb/) represents an extended collection of the original ScRAP (https://zenodo.org/records/8210254). In this release, ScRAPdb collection contains haplotype-resolved and/or collapsed T2T genome assemblies and annotations of 264 S. cerevisiae strains as well as 33 outgroup strains from the Saccharomyces species complex. In this ScRAPdb v1.0.0 release, it contains 377 nuclear genome assemblies and 237 mitochondrial assemblies, which should represent an exhaustive collection of long-read Saccharomyces yeast genome assemblies by 2024.06.10, with the exception for a few assemblies that failed to pass our quality control.
