Abstract

Bu çalışma, soya fasulyesinde (Glycine max L.)) tuz stresi (kontrol, 50, 100, 150, 200 mM) altında mikoriza uygulamalarının (AMF) bazı biyokimyasal değişiklikler üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada uygulanan faktörlerin etkisi doğrultusunda soya fasulyesinde klorofil (32.9-43.0 dx), yaprak alan indeksi (7.2-17.7 cm2), flavonol (0.36-0.70 dx) , antosiyanin (0.01-0.03 dx) ve NBİ (32.3- 47.9 mg g-1 ) gibi özellikler incelenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda; tuz stresi altında klorofil, yaprak alan indeksi, azot balans indeksi (NBİ) değerleri azalırken, flavonol ve antosiyanin değerleri ise artış göstermiştir. Bu sonuçlara göre tuz stresine karşı AMF uygulamalarının bazı biyokimyasal özellikler üzerinde meydana gelen olumsuz etkiyi azaltıcı ve düzenleyici etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
