Abstract

Ushbu maqola, yosh sportchilarda umumiy kuchning rivojlanishi barcha mushak guruhlarining kuch qobiliyatlarini yaxshilashga qaratilgan va barkamol jismoniy rivojlanish uchun zarur shartidir. Kuch — bu odamning mushaklarning kuchlanishi tufayli tashqi yuklarga qarshi turish va uni yengish qobiliyatidir. Yosh sportchilarda kuch qobiliyatlarining namoyon boʻlishi tegishli ishning energiya taʼminoti samaradorligi, harakatlarni bajarish texnikasining mukammalligi, tezlik qobiliyati va moslashuvchanligining rivojlanish darajasi bilan chambarchas bogʻliqdir.
