1_Delphi study report, December 2023

Report on the first Delphi study aims to gain a deeper insight into the necessary "soft" skills of young people, in order to, through the proposal of a training program, encourage the development of these skills, which will make it easier for young people to successfully enter the work sphere when hiring or starting their own business.
