TRAGOF - Transformative governance in Forest Territories for Fire Risk Reduction

Abstract

TRAGOF project aims to investigate and explore transformative approaches to the governance of forest territories focused on forest fire risk reduction. Serra do Caldeirão (case study), an important forest territory located in the Algarve, southern Portugal. TRAGOF is being developed at the Centre for Innovation in Territory, Urbanism and Architecture - CiTUA R&D Unit, ref. 10.54499/UIDB/05703/2020, with financial support from FCT/MCTES (PIDDAC). Communication held at 31st APDR Congress - Regional Innovation Ecosystems and Sustainable Development, Leiria, Portugal, 26-28 June 2024.
