Eksistensi Disnakertrans dalam Menangani Maraknya Pengangguran di Jawa Tengah

Abstract

Nowadays, increasingly modern developments can influence the effectiveness of a country in certain areas, one of which is employment. Indonesia is a large country with a large territory and a relatively large number of people. This means that if a country does not have good and effective employment, its economy will be weak. This research presents data regarding the existence of the Manpower and Transmigration Department in the employment sector. This research aims to explore the role and impact of the Manpower and Transmigration Department in dealing with the lack of job opportunities for the community, which has resulted in large numbers of unemployment and poverty in a country, especially Indonesia. Apart from that, this research also provides solutions and suggestions that can be used to overcome the widespread unemployment that occurs, especially in the Central Java region.
