ИЗУЧЕНИЕ ОСТРОЙ ТОКСИЧНОСТИ ФИТОПРЕПАРАТА "ЛОРСЕПТИЛ"

Abstract

Изучение противовоспалительного действия новых фитопрепаратов на сегодняшний день является довольно востребованным и актуальным. Исходя из этого, нами проводились исследования по изучению безопасности созданного фитопрепата на 30 белых мышей массой 20-23 г, которые были разделили на 5 групп по 6 особей. Фитопрепарат «Лорсептил» вводили внутрь в виде 10 % суспензии в следующих дозах: 1000 мг/кг; 3000 мг/кг; 5000 мг/кг и 6000 мг/кг. Опыты проводили согласно требованиям этического комитета. Наблюдения над животными проводили на протяжении 14 дней. По итогам эксперимента установлено, что в дозах 1000, 3000 и 5000 мг/кг ккаких либо проявлений острой токсичности исследуемого соединения не наблюдалось. Гибель животных наблюдалась при дозе 6000 мг/кг. На основании этого LD50 была определена как 6000 мг/кг, и по классу токсичности изучаемый сбор относится к V классу токсиности (практически нетоксичные).
