Current Industrial Policy: Problem Statement

The interrelations providing effective social and economic development in the current period, and a role of rational industrial policy are considered. Regulatory mechanisms and ongoing transformation processes are discussed. An innovative susceptibility of the enterprises and the effect of technology transfer mechanisms are described.
