Includes modified quantum_dynamics package. Package has been modified to suit the needs of Project 2: Quantum control 101 at course FYS-4096 computational physics at Tampere University of Technology in Spring 2018. Package contains tools for computing population of electrons on first excited state after laser pulse and tools for optimizing laser pulse parameters. Repository also contains report final_report describing workflow to use added features and discussing the results obtained with modified package.
