Abstract

Датасет (dataset_v3.1.csv) содержит данные по государственным контрактам Ярославской и Тульской области, начиная с 2015 по начало 2018 года. Описание признаков находится в файле data.names. Задача, которую необходимо решить на базе этого набора данных, - это построение модели для оценки рискованности государственных контрактов. Основное изменение: смена кодировки значений целевой переменной. Теперь "0" соответствует хорошему контракту, а "1" плохому
