Abstract

У детей с ЮАсСН установлена умеренная взаимосвязь с иммунологическими маркерами Anti-MCV, Anti-Phospoholipid и сывороточным ферритином а также слабая взаимосвязь с ANA, TNF-α. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют, что применение лекарственных средств, направленных на ингибирование IL-18, будет способствовать снижению уровня других иммунологических маркёров заболевания, что в дальнейшем позволит достичь долгосрочной ремиссии.
