Productivity is a problem in many countries and one of the most important factors that affects the overall performance of any small or medium or large construction industry. This paper explainsthat thefactors affecting labour productivity in Indian construction industry through various researches and analysis gives suggestion to improve the productivity and justify extreme affecting factors.
