Abstract

Le guide est conçu comme un outil opérationnel pour l’élaboration d’un référentiel de formation basé sur l’APC. Ce référentiel permet l’élaboration de programmes de formation prenant en considération les exigences requises pour l’exercice d’un ensemble de métiers dans un domaine professionnel donné, ainsi que les besoins en termes de développement personnel et professionnel. Le guide doit permettre de systématiser le travail des acteurs universitaires et de mettre à leur disposition un cadre facilitant la rédaction ou le renouvellement d’un programme d’études. Ainsi, le but ultime est de réussir l’élaboration d’un programme de formation favorisant une meilleure adéquation entre l’offre académique et les besoins du marché de travail, tout en gardant à l’esprit que l’objectif des formations académiques ne se limite pas à répondre aux besoins du marché. Il est important de noter que ce document est loin d’être figé et doit être considéré comme une base de travail. Chaque utilisateur est ainsi libre d’adapter les démarches à son contexte particulier. De même, le guide est libre d’utilisation moyennant le respect des règles d’usage en matière de citation et de droits d’auteurs.
