Filtered mutation lists files for 20 cancer types from TCGA. This is the dataset used for running MAPS and other competitor software in the paper. This dataset is processed based on raw files from TCGA GDAC website (https://confluence.broadinstitute.org/display/GDAC/Home). Please follow TCGA data use policy when using this dataset.
