This report documents the co-design-co-development methodological framework to be used under the COALESCE project. A literature review, an internal brainstorm session and periodic mutual learnings meetings were conducted. The main goal was to understand processes, commonalities, lessons learnt and points of improvement, and build upon previously tested and validated methodologies under the COS4CLOUD, ECS and PARCOS EU-H2020 funded projects. Furthermore, aspects such as interoperability and complementarity of services/tools/resources are being considered and explored with ongoing collaborations amongst the COALESCE, ECS, PATTERN, REINFORCING and Skills4EOSC projects. The methodological framework consists of multiple phases divided into pre-development, development and deployment. It allows for an efficient collaboration between the co-design of user requirements, the co-creation of content and an agile co-development, in order to constantly and iteratively feed into input work streams.
