This texte file represent the OTU table from the paper Joli et al. published in Scientific Reports as "Need for focus on microbial species following ice melt and changing freshwater regimes in a Janus Arctic Gateway". The first column contains the OTU number and each following columns contain the number of reads for each sample. The last column gives the taxonomy after confronting dataset to a eukaryotic 18S database.
