YOD TANQISLIGI BILAN BOG'LIQ MUAMMOLARNI BARTARAF ETISH YO`LLARI

Abstract

Yod inson organizmida oz miqdorda o'ta muhim, chunki organizm yod ishlab chiqarishi mumkin emas. Yod tiroid gormonlarini ishlab chiqarish uchun kerak. Ular organizmdagi barcha metabolik jarayonlarda ishtirok etadi va shuning uchun energiya sarfini oshiradi. Qalqonsimon bez vujudga nisbatan kamroq tiroid gormonlarini ishlab chiqaradigan bo'lsa, tiroid gormoni etishmasligi paydo bo'ladi. Ushbu etishmovchilik tananing barcha a'zolarini ta'sir qiladi, bular kaltsiy, aylanma, asab tizimi, mushaklar va metabolizm kabi tiroid gormonlaridan ta'sirlanadi.Yod tanqisligi mavjud mintaqalar, jumladan O‘zbekistonda qalqonsimon bez sohasidagi muammolar ko‘p uchraydi - gipoterioz, tugunlar hosil bo‘lishi, bo‘qoq va h.k. Soch to‘kilishi, terining quruqlanishi, qabziyat (ich qotishi), tez toliqish, uyquchanlik, tushkunlik, xotiraning pasayishi va boshqalar gipoteriozga xos belgilar hisoblanadi.
