Abstract

Ушбу мақолада Ўзбекистон олий таълим тизимида қадрият тамойилларини халқаро тажрибага асосан яратиш тажрибаси ҳақида гап кетади. Дунё тажрибасида катта эътирофга эга бўлган университетларнинг ўзлари жойлашган мамлакатлар тараққиётига қўшган улкан ҳиссасига эътиборан яратган қадрият феномени тизимли таҳлил этилади.
