ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ ПРОЦЕССОВ ДЕГРАДАЦИИ ПЕРОВСКИТНЫХ СОЛНЕЧНЫХ ЯЧЕЕК

Abstract

Исследованы процессы деградации перовскитных солнечных ячеек с p-i- n-структурой на PEDOT:PSS, и измерены их вольтамперных характеристики.Показано, что общий вид ВАХ слабо зависит или не зависит от направления сканирования по напряжению. Наиболее существенные изменения характеристик и значительное уменьшение Isc и Voc наблюдаются спустя 12 дней после изготовления образцов, причём величины уменьшения рабочих характеристик зависят от условий приготовления абсорбера.
