Abstract

Bugun biz tarixiy bir davrda - xalqimiz o‘z oldiga ezgu va ulug‘ maqsadlar qo‘yib, tinch-osoyishta hayot kechirayotgan, avvalambor o‘z kuch va imkoniyatlariga tayanib, demokratik davlat va fuqarolik jamiyati qurish yo‘lida ulkan natijalarni qo‘lga kiritayotgan bir zamonda yashamoqdamiz. Ma’lumki, har qaysi xalq yoki millatning tafakkuri, turmush tarzi, ma’naviy qarashlari o‘z-o‘zidan, bo‘sh joyda shakllanib qolmaydi. Ularning vujudga kelishi va rivojlanishida aniq tarixiy, tabiiy va ijtimoiy omillar asos bo‘lishini hammamiz yaxshi bilamiz. Ushbu maqolada shu omillar haqida so`z yuritamiz.
