A peer-reviewed antibody characterization article corresponding to this Zenodo preprint is openly available at F1000Research: https://doi.org/10.12688/f1000research.155928.1 This report serves as a guide to select high-performing antibodies agaisnt Casein kinase 1 isoform alpha (CSNK1A1). Ten antibodies were evaluated in western blot, immunoprecipitation and immunofluorescence experiments using a standardized protocol. CSNK1A1 is an essential gene, thus the siRNA knockdown method was employed using HCT 116 cells, which express sufficient levels of CSNK1A1 protein.
