Slides and code used in the seminar 'Modeling the electrical activity of the human heart' held at the university of Pisa, Pisa (IT) in the master of science course of Biomedical engineering. The slides are meant as an introduction to cardiac electrophysiology for students already knowing dynamical systems theory.
