Raw and processed autofluorescence neuroimaging data

Abstract

Raw and processed in vivo mouse whole-cortex autofluorescence imaging data. This release accompanies the pub "Label-free neuroimaging in mice captures sensory activity in response to tactile stimuli and acute pain. The raw data is split into five zipfiles because it is quite large (70GB total). Each of these five zipfiles corresponds to one of the five subdirectories in the single zipfile of processed data.
