Harmonising the Future of Multi-Omics Data Standards Integration

Abstract

During the RDA 22nd Virtual Plenary meeting breakout session the new RDA Multi-Omics Metadata Standards Integration (MOMSI) Working Group (previously known as the RDA-OfR Creating a Multi-omics Metadata Schema Standard Reporting Matrix WG) introduced current activities and anticipated deliverables to the global RDA community. This meeting session aimed to bring together existing members and potential new members interested in Multi-omics data and metadata standards integration across various subject and domain areas and technologies. In addition, this meeting aimed to broaden the range of new perspectives contributing to the working group’s goals and deliverables in promoting diverse collaborations.

Keywords

Data Integration, Multi-Omics, Mass spectrometry, Metabolomics/standards, High-Throughput Nucleotide Sequencing, Mass Spectrometry, FAIR Principles, Metadata/standards, Domain Standards, Data Curation/standards, Genomics/standards, Lipidomics/standards, Proteomics/standards
