Abstract

Time series data of soil moisture, Eh, NO3, NH4, DOC, N2O-dissolved, N2O-poreair, N2O surface emissions, 15N-N2O, 18O-N2O, 15N-NO3, 15N-NH4. Isotope signatures could not be collected or were undeterminable for some sample dates and/or depths. Data was collected at five depths in 2015 (5, 12.5, 25, 50 and 80 cm) and three depths in 2016 (5, 12.5 and 25 cm). Data was collected in from two or three water management treatments each year; dry-seeded + alternate wetting and drying (DS-AWD), water-seeded + alternate wetting and drying (WS-AWD) or water-seeded + flooding (WS-FLD). A meta data file with units and notes on sampling is also included.
