Experimental investigations on laboratory samples regarding the connection of spectral induced polarization to heterogeneity of hydraulic conductivity

Abstract

Author: Robert Herold Date: 07.06.2024 Institution: Technical University of Berlin Publication title: Experimental investigations on laboratory samples regarding the connection of spectral induced polarization to heterogeneity of hydraulic conductivity Publication authors: Robert Herold (1), Gulmira Beisembina (1), Peter Dietrich (2), Frank Börner (1,3) Affiliations: 1) Institute For Applied Geophysics, Technical University of Berlin, Berlin, Germany 2) Department Monitoring Und Erkundungstechnologien, Helmoltz-Zentrum Für Umweltforschung, Leipzig, Germany 3) Dresden Groundwater Research Centre, Dresden, Germany Funding: The work of this paper is part of the research project “Hydraulic connectivity in near-surface, unconsolidated, porous aquifers” (FKZ BO 1082/12-1; DI 833/18-1) which is funded and supported by the German Science Foundation (DFG). Publishing Journal: Environmental Earth Sciences, Springer Nature This folder contains the data, scripts and figures related to the aforementioned publication. The data and scripts are organized in two seperate folders respectively. One folder contains the initial, measured SIP data, the other folder contains SIP data that has been processed as described in the publication, aswell as files that contain information about hydraulic conductivity measurements and auxiliary information. The figure folder cotains diagrams of the results and drawings and photographs of the measurement set-up.
