The survey data was collected during field work from key personnel on the supply side of the national budget preparation process in Nigeria. This was done as part of the stakeholder survey on the case study investigating the use of the online national budget of Nigeria which is part of the 'Exploring the Emerging Impacts of Open Data in Developing Countries' (ODDC) research project.
