We performed spatial transcriptomics (10x Visium) on adult humans small intestine samples alongside spatial proteomics (CODEX) to generate a spatial expression atlas of the adult human small intestine. we also preformed laser capture microdissection on epithelial segments from the villus bottom and top followed by RNAseq and MS-proteomics for validation.
