Abstract

Annotatsiya. Ushbu tadqiqning maqsadi katta qorin suyuqligi transfaunatsiyasiga oid adabiyotlarni umumlashtirishdir. Kasallangan hayvonni davolash uchun sog‘lom donor hayvondan katta qorin suyuqligini olib davolash usullari, biz katta qorin fistulasi orqali olingan katta qorin suyuqligi va uning tarkibidagi mikroorganizmlarni transfaunatsiya qilish haqidagi tushunchamizdan ancha oldin qo‘llanilgan. Taxminan 1900-yillarning o‘rtalarida olimlar katta qorin suyuqligi transfaunatsiyasining afzalliklarini va ular bilan bog‘liq mikroorganizmlar populyatsiyalarini o‘rganishni boshladilar. Katta qorin transfaunatsiyasi ovqat hazm qilish buzilishini davolash va shirdonning buralib qolishini jarrohlik yo‘li bilan to‘g‘irlagandan so‘ng, qorin bo‘shlig‘ining normal ishlashini yaxshilash uchun klinik jihatdan ishlatilgan. Rumen transfaunatsiyasi o‘simliklardagi zaharli birikmalar bilan zaharlangan hayvonlarga noyob katta qorin suyuqligi mikroorganizmlarini kiritish uchun ham ishlatilgan. Katta qorin suyuqligida oddiy retikulo-rumen anaerob fermentatsiyasini tiklashning foydali ta'siriga hissa qo‘shadigan kimyoviy tarkibiy qismlar mavjud. Ushbu maqolada katta qorin suyuqligini yig‘ish, saqlash va o‘tkazilgan hajmlar bo‘yicha tavsiyalar muhokama qilinadi. Rumen transfaunatsiyasi sut va chorvachilik xo‘jaliklarida boqilayotgan sigirlarda hazmsizlikni davolash uchun keng tarqalgan amaliyotdir. Ovqat hazm qilish traktida sog‘lom mikrobial muhitni ko‘paytirish uchun odamlar ham qo‘llaniladi. Fekal mikrobiota transpfaunatsiyasi odamlarda ovqat hazm qilish kasalliklarini davolash uchun ishlatilgan. Rumen transfaunatsiyasi, ta'sir qilish usuli bo‘yicha keng o‘rganilmagan bo‘lsada, kavsh qaytaruvchi hayvonlarning oddiy hazm qilishning buzilishi kabi kasalliklarni davolashning samarali, amaliy va oson usuli hisoblanadi.
