Abstract

O Formulário de Identificação do Perfil de Turma (FIPT) avalia necessidades ao nível do indivíduo (educando) e identifica quatro tipos de características suas que podem impactar no sucesso da capacitação: sociodemográficas, motivacionais, cognitivas-comportamentais e de repertório de entrada. No presente informativo, baseado na proposição do FIPT (conforme disposto em monografia de licenciatura; https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.11440766), são abordadas as conexões homólogas de categorias teórico-práticas da capacitação com elementos da nutrição, em uma analogia peculiar e elucidativa.
