Climate warming accelerates carbon release from foliar litter—A global synthesis: Data and Code

Abstract

General Description Dataset and R code related to the publication of "Climate warming accelerates carbon release from foliar litter—A global synthesis". In the Version v2, we uploaded GeoTIFF files of foliar litter carbon release rates, including results from three models (RF, GBM, and XGB) and ensembled outcomes, as well as predictions under Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6 (Shared Socioeconomic Pathway 1-2.6 and 5-8.5). Output floder Details Type of data: Foliar litter carbon release rate How the data was collected or derived: Derived from R script in the Code floder. File format: GeoTiff. Image size: 7,200 x 3,600 Coordinate reference system: EPSG:4326 Bounding box (Xmin, Ymin, Xmax, Ymax): (-180.00000, -90.00000, 180.00000, 90.00000, without Antarctica) Spatial resolution: 0.05 degree Support If you discover a bug, artifact, or inconsistency, or if you have a question please contact with: chenzihaoxue@163.com.
