MERSCOPE_epoch_3000.pt: the trained model with a MERSCOPE mouse brain sample. 10X_visium_human_lung_epoch_3000.pt: the trained model with a 10X Visium human lung sample. SeqFISH_mouse_embryo_E8.5_epoch_3000.pt: the trained model with a SeqFISH mouse embryo sample (E1L1). SeqFISH_mouse_embryo_E8.5_multiple_ST_epoch_3000.pt: the trained model with 3 SeqFISH mouse embryo samples (L1 of E1,2,3), StereoSeq_mouse_embryo_E9.5_epoch_3000.pt: the trained model with a StereoSeq mouse embryo sample.
