FATORES ASSOCIADOS À SÍNDROME DE BURNOUT EM PROFISSIONAIS DE SAÚDE: UMA REVISÃO DE LITERATURA

Abstract

A síndrome de burnout é um distúrbio psicossocial que se desenvolve como resposta ao alto nível de estresse crônico que ocorre geralmente em ambientes de trabalho, mas que podem ainda está associado à vida pessoal do indivíduo. Dessa forma o objetivo deste estudo é identificar os fatores a Síndrome de Burnout em profissionais da saúde. Trata-se de uma revisão de literatura, realizada nas bases de dados SCIELO, Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde – LILACS, a amostra catalogada consta de 72 artigos, entre 2018 e 2023, sendo 19 pré-selecionados e 53 excluídos, com amostra final de 08 artigos. Os resultados revelaram que o esgotamento psicológico, condições de trabalho e carga-horária desencadeiam o processo de fatores associados à Síndrome de Burnout nos profissionais de saúde.
