Dianous coerulescens subsp. coerulescens Gyllenhal 1810

Abstract

Dianous coerulescens coerulescens (Gyllenhal 1810) Especie de Steninae de distribución eurosibírica, conocida en la Península Ibérica de Lugo, León, Málaga (Gamarra y Outerelo 2009b) y A Coruña (Walker 1889). Aportamos las primeras citas para Andorra y Lleida, que amplían su distribución ibérica conocida al noreste de la Península. De 5-5,5 mm. de longitud, se caracteriza por su coloración azulada, con una mancha amarillenta en cada élitro, ojos pequeños y dos largas espinas en el ápice del abdomen. La subespecie ibérica Dianous coerulescens hispanus Puthz 2002, conocida sólo de Villarejo de Salvaña en Madrid (Puthz 2002), se diferencia de la subespecie típica por el brillo violeta de los élitros. Se encuentra en los musgos de los cursos de agua y las cascadas (Tronquet 2006). Material estudiado: Andorra: Ordino, VII-1936, 1 ejemplar, Museu leg. (J.M. Diéguez det. 2009). Lleida: Serra Puig Adrall, Soriguera, 10-VII-1988, 1 ejemplar, O. Escolà leg. (J.M. Diéguez det. 2009).
