The percentage of replicate trees in which the associated taxa clustered together in the bootstrap test (1000 replicates) is given for those greater than 50 %. Coscinia cribraria is included as an outgroup representative. Data for samples by their GenBank Accession or BOLD sequence ID are shown in Table 1.
