தாஸ் எனும் இயற்பெயர் கொண்ட இறையடியான் பெங்களூரைச் சேர்ந்தவர். கன்னடத்தில் இருந்து தமிழுக்குப் பல நூல்களை மொழிபெயர்த்துக் கொடுத்துள்ளார். சுமார் 25 ஆண்டுகளாய் கன்னடம்-தமிழ் மொழிபெயர்ப்புப் பணியில் ஈடுபட்டிருந்தவர். 2019 ஆம் ஆண்டு பெங்களூர் அன்னபூர்ணா பதிப்பகத்தாரால் ‘அகிலப் பேரொளி’ என்னும் நூல் வெளியிடப்பட்டது. இந்நூலின் மூல ஆசிரியர் பி.எஸ்.தளவாடி. கன்னட மூலத்தைத் தமிழில் இறையடியான் மொழிபெயர்த்துள்ளார். 887 பக்கங்களைக் கொண்டு திகழும் இந்நூல் வேதாகமத்தைத் (Bilble) தழுவி இன்றைய சமகால நிகழ்வுகளைச் சித்தரித்து கன்னட மக்களின் வாழ்வியலோடு இணைத்து இயற்றப்பட்டதாகும். இந்நூலை அறிமுகப்படுத்தி விளக்கும் முகமாக இக்கட்டுரை அமைகிறது. Irayadiyan who is called as Doss, belongs to Bangalore. He has translated many books from Kannada to Tamil. He has been in the field of translation for approximately 25 years. The book ‘Akilaperoli was published by Annaporna publications in the year 2019. The author of the source book is P.S. Thalavadi and it was translated in Tamil by Irayadiyan. This book has 887 pages which depictes the life of the present events relating to the Bible, connecting the life style of Kannaada people.
