Abstract

Dans un contexte professionnel en pleine essor, les soft skills, ou compétences comportementales, jouent un rôle crucial dans la réussite des étudiants, tant sur le plan personnel que professionnel. En effet, ces compétences permettent aux étudiants de tisser un réseau de contacts et de se démarquer par la suite sur le marché du travail. Parmi les compétences transversales essentielles, la prise de parole en public prend position d’une place prépondérante Elle permet aux étudiants de surmonter leurs peurs et de développer une capacité oratoire convaincante, leur permettant ainsi d'influencer leur auditoire. Au Maroc, le système éducatif a pris conscience de l'importance des soft skills en introduisant la discipline "compétences transversales ou soft skills" dans la réforme de l'enseignement supérieur. Cependant, l'enseignement de ces compétences rencontre encore certains obstacles, notamment en ce qui concerne la mise en pratique par les étudiants, en effet, la prédominance des cours magistraux et les travaux individuels, limite les opportunités d'interaction et de mise en pratique. Cet article s'intéresse aux défis rencontrés par les étudiants lors de la pratique de la prise de parole en public. En effet, nombreux sont ceux qui éprouvent des difficultés à s'exprimer devant un auditoire.
