Abstract

The amount of damage being inflicted on our country’s economy as a result of violations of customs legislation is increasing day by day. Studying the criminal legal structure of such acts is of significant importance in qualifying them and sentencing of the guilty parties. This article highlights key aspects of the criminal legal structure of offenses related to the violation of customs legislation.
