Métodos efectivos para la integración de estudiantes con necesidades especiales

Abstract

Este estudio examina las estrategias efectivas para la inclusión de estudiantes con necesidades especiales en ambientes educativos regulares, subrayando la importancia de las adaptaciones curriculares y las estrategias pedagógicas. A través de una metodología descriptiva y encuestas a 102 docentes, se exploran las percepciones y prácticas actuales relacionadas con la inclusión educativa. Los resultados indican una alta familiaridad con la inclusión, aunque destacan desafíos significativos como la falta de recursos y capacitación adecuada. Los docentes valoran la colaboración entre padres y educadores y reconocen la diversidad y las oportunidades equitativas como los principales beneficios de la inclusión. Este trabajo contribuye al entendimiento y mejora de las prácticas inclusivas, sugiriendo la necesidad de fortalecer el apoyo institucional y la formación docente en este ámbito.
