Abstract

Résumé Au cours de ces dernières années, le monde économique a connu un progrès remarquable au niveau de plusieurs domaines, dans ce sens, l’économie sociale apparaît comme un terrain fertile pour l’exploration du concept d’innovation sociale, dont le travail coopératif et surtout féminine marocain a connu une certaine croissance au niveau de la réalisation des objectifs du développement social, économique et environnemental. C’est dans ce sens que notre article s’inscrit, dont il porte sur l’influence de l’innovation sociale cas des coopératives féminines. À travers une étude empirique qui porte sur l’analyse des données qualitatives existantes et surtout sur un travail de terrain auprès d’un échantillon de 6 coopératives féminines dans la région de FÈS MEKNÈS, pour but de contribuer à élaborer des indicateurs d’impact de l’innovation sociale sur le développement du capital humain au sein les coopératives féminines, l’analyse empirique de contenu sera traitée à l’aide du logiciel NVIVO14. Cette étude a permis de souligner des avancées importantes enregistrées par ces coopératives : Intégration sociale ; lutte contre la pauvreté, niveau d’autonomie financière des femmes coopératrices, le bien-être au travail et le niveau de compétence et de développement au sein les coopératives, plusieurs pistes sont améliorées pour encourager l’amélioration des coopératives des femmes et avoir un groupement des coopératives féminines plus solides et qui vise la survie et la création de valeur. Type du papier : Recherche Empirique exploratoire Abstract: In recent years, the economic world has experienced remarkable progress in several areas. In this sense, the social economy appears to be fertile ground for exploring the concept of social innovation, including cooperative work and especially Moroccan women have experienced some growth in achieving the objectives of social, economic and environmental development. It is in this sense that our article fits, which focuses on the influence of social innovation in the case of women's cooperatives. Through an empirical study which focuses on the analysis of existing qualitative data and especially on field work with a sample of 6 women's cooperatives in the FES MEKNES region, with the aim of contributing to developing impact indicators of social innovation on the development of human capital within women's cooperatives, the empirical content analysis will be processed using the NVIVO14 software. This study highlighted significant progress made by these cooperatives: Social integration; fight against poverty, level of financial autonomy of women cooperatives, well-being at work and the level of skills and development within cooperatives, several avenues are improved to encourage the improvement of women's cooperatives and have a group stronger women's cooperatives that aim for survival and value creation.
