Abstract

L’intérêt de cet article sera porté sur le processus des interactions spatiales des provinces marocaines en se focalisant sur les schémas de répartition spatiale des infrastructures sanitaires et des diabétiques. Ces schémas sont définis par la façon dont les activités économiques occupent un territoire et sont le plus souvent caractérisés par un degré plus au moins fort d’inégalité spatiale. En s’appuyant sur les données des enquêtes du Ministère de la Santé allant de 2017 jusqu’à 2021 avec les techniques de l’économétrie spatiale. La présente étude confirme que les laboratoires d’analyses et les médecins généralistes sont des facteurs associés aux diabétiques, nous avons montré aussi que les provinces marocaines sont effectivement caractérisées par un double effet d’auto corrélation et d’hétérogénéité spatiale en termes des infrastructures sanitaires et en termes des diabétiques. Les effets de débordement géographiques sont importants, avec une forte polarisation au cœur-Nord du territoire. Ces résultats semblent robustes puisqu’ils ont été trouvés à l’aide de trois matrices de poids différentes.
