ProstT5 fp16 Model Weights Copy

Copy of the ProstT5 fp16 model weights (https://huggingface.co/Rostlab/ProstT5), designed for users who cannot access Hugging Face. Developed by Michael Heinzinger, with the Heinzinger et al preprint available on bioRxiv (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.07.23.550085v2). This is also the model used in Phold (https://github.com/gbouras13/phold). MIT license. To use generally, simply untar `tar -xzf models--Rostlab--ProstT5_fp16.tar.gz` To use with phold, this needs to be done inside the database directory.
