In the article, the concept of foreign citizens, the classification of crimes committed by foreign citizens or with their participation, the theoretical and legal basis of the investigation of these crimes, the specific features of some investigative actions conducted in accordance with the criminal procedural legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the use of interpreter services in the investigation of this type of crime, problematic situations arising in relation to them are described.
