Pathogen detection from (direct Nanopore) sequencing data using Galaxy - Foodborne Edition

Abstract

The training's main goal is to teach people how to used and adapt our workflow created to analyze Nanopore datasets and identify pathogens and track them through any samples. These datasets will be used in the training material as an example how to use our created workflow in Galaxy.
