¿Por qué triunfa la hora de Berlín en Europa Occidental?

Abstract

Los husos horarios está definidos por merdianos mientras que la línea del terminador (separa noche-día) no lo está. Se describe la línea del terminador en invierno en relación con la geografía de Europa occidental para mostrar que el amanecer invernal ocurre síncronamente desde la península ibérica hasta el sur de Suecia. Se analiza la historia de la hora legal en Europa en el siglo 20º. Artículo publicado originalmente en Politikon.
